Adecco Recruitment is developing a recruitment process for a Frontend Developer (M/F), for an international client in Porto.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and building software to gather and analyse data from our range of analytical instruments.
  • Ensure that the software written adheres to the current codes of practice, software procedures and project life cycle methodologies.
  • Solve product problems as they relate to software and related systems engineering issues.
  • Work within the software team using agile methods, participating in sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Acquire, maintain, and disseminate knowledge of new software innovations and their potential application
Requirements:
  • Science graduate (in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects) with significant software content or equivalent experience gained in a software development environment;
  • At least 2+ years' experience in a software development (frontend) environment;
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Angular (or React) technologies;
  • Agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
  • Acquaintance with bug/feature tracking software (Azure DevOps or similar) and Unit Testing.
  • Fluency in English;
  • Possess excellent team-working and communication skills, with the ability to work both within a team and under own initiative.
